Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, project management).
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is often preferred.

Key  Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Develop a comprehensive project plan, including defining project goals, scope, budget, and timeline. Identify key stakeholders and create a communication plan. 
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to meet project requirements. 
  • Team Leadership: Assemble and lead a project team, ensuring that team members understand their roles and responsibilities and are motivated to achieve project objectives. 
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop a risk management plan to mitigate and address issues that may arise during the project. 
  • Scope Management: Define, document, and manage project scope, ensuring that the project stays on track and within its defined boundaries.
  • Quality Control: Establish quality standards and ensure that project deliverables meet these standards. 
  • Time Management: Develop and maintain a project schedule, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines. 
  • Cost Management: Track project expenses, manage the project budget, and implement cost control measures as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and sponsors to provide updates on project status, issues, and changes
  • Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and other relevant records. 
  • Change Management: Assess and manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget while minimizing scope creep. 
  • Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and issues that arise within the project team, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment. 
  • Client/Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met. 
  • Project Closure: Close out the project by ensuring all deliverables are complete, conducting a post-project review, and obtaining necessary approvals. 

Field Engineer

  • Job Description:


    As a Field Engineer specializing in GPS and Fuel Sensor Installation, your primary responsibility will be to install, configure, and maintain GPS tracking systems and fuel sensors for various applications. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and functionality of the systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation and Configuration: Install and configure GPS tracking systems and fuel sensors on vehicles, machinery, or other assets according to project requirements and specifications.
  • Equipment Testing: Conduct thorough testing and verification of installed GPS and fuel sensor equipment to ensure accurate data transmission and functionality.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to GPS systems and fuel sensors, both on-site and remotely. This may involve troubleshooting hardware, software, or connectivity problems.
  • Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, equipment calibration, and system checks to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installation details, configuration settings, troubleshooting steps, and maintenance activities. Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation for internal and client use.
  • Client Interaction: Interact with clients to understand their specific requirements, provide technical support, and offer guidance on system operation and best practices.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to clients and end-users on system operation, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate installation schedules, resolve technical issues, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Adhere to quality and safety standards during installation and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in GPS tracking systems and fuel sensors to provide recommendations for system improvements and optimizations.


  • Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Previous experience in GPS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with fuel sensors and their integration with GPS systems is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in reading technical documentation, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and project stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor settings and potentially remote locations.
  • Flexibility to travel frequently to client sites as per project requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Executive- Operations

JOB TYPE: Full -Time 

    WORKING HOURS: 9 HOURS (1hr break)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Must be good in excel 
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize client satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact and building trust and loyalty.
  • Understand clients’ business objectives, challenges, and needs, and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and presentations to clients, highlighting performance, progress, and value provided.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and new business expansion within assigned accounts.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract renewals, pricing, and terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, coordinating with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and updates on key account performance, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Proficiency in using computers, specifically a good knowledge or hands-on command of Advanced Excel, is essential for the successful execution of the role.
  • Good hold on English, both verbal and written, is crucial as the KAM will be required to communicate with customers.
  • The candidate should maintain a professional appearance and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Seeking an experienced candidate who has worked in a similar role and can effectively handle the responsibilities associated with a KAM position.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, BE, BTech, BCA, MBA, Marketing, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
Proven experience in key account management, strategic sales, or a related role.
